What Focused 360 Coaching Includes

 

YOUR PERSONAL 360 ASSESSMENT

  • Facilitation of the Leadership Circle Profile assessment which will be completed by approximately 18 evaluators that you nominate. 

  • A detailed report showing responses, comparisons to norm groups, and your unique profile.

  • A Profile Interpretation Manual.

3 EXECUTIVE COACHING SESSIONS

  • An initial 2-hour review of assessment results with an executive coach/certified Leadership Circle Profile practitioner.
  • A second 1-hour coaching session to identify areas of focus and action steps.
  • A final 1-hour coaching session to review progress and charges needed to see a lift in leadership effectiveness. 

TOUCH POINTS WITH YOUR EXECUTIVE COACH

  • An opportunity to interact with your executive coach between sessions through structured email exercises designed to improve results and make your changes stick.
