About

Coach Dan FosterBefore joining Building Champions in 2011, Dan was able to develop his leadership and coaching skills over the past 12 years in sales and management roles. In addition to being a successful licensed real estate broker during that time, he also spent more than five years managing two local branches for of one of the top real estate companies in the Pacific Northwest.

During his tenure there, Dan was able to lead an expansion into new geographic markets (and attained the No. 1 position for market share in those markets), manage two of the top brokers in the nation, win awards for operational excellence and have his team win the 2009 QE Award (chosen by consumers as being one of the top 10 real estate offices in the country). Given his natural ability to help lead and develop teams, Dan also helped facilitate the companywide sales and personal development training program.

Dan and his wife, Sarah, live in Newberg, Oregon where they are raising two children, Emma and Jackson. He is actively involved in his local community, including serving on the board of directors of his local Chamber of Commerce.

In his free time, Dan enjoys blogging, spending time with his awesome children, home brewing, and traveling with his bride.
