The latest regional market action reports are now available on my site for download and use in your listing and buyer presentations. Our team has seen its fifth straight month of increased activity in sales and listings. July was our highest volume month year to date with over $12,000,000 in sales produced and 28 listings taken for over $10,300,000 in listing volume.
Our market share increased in almost every category in the month of July as well. We hold the number one market share position for local competition selling in all RMLS areas. We hold the number one position for all competitors operating in Yamhill County as well.
